Satellite Site Users - Frequently Asked Questions


The Satellite Sites portion of the web site requires a valid user name and password combination to successfully access the SGTB Database. If either of these are incorrect, login access will not be obtained.

• What web browsers can I use?


o The site works best with Internet Explorer.


• How do I make updates & corrections when I see information that's incorrect?


o Contact us or email BiostatisticsSoftwareSupport@mdanderson.org.


• How do I view the inventory report?


o The Inventory report has two versions available. In general, if you select Inventory from the top navigation bar, an existing inventory report will be created based on the selection criteria you’ve selected. The report generated can then be exported to excel.


There is an option for a paginated version of this report that includes pagination, printing and exporting to both excel and as a PDF file. For this advanced report, you will need to have administrator rights to your machine so that a Microsoft Report Viewer ActiveX Control can be installed on your machine. If administrator rights are not available, please do not run the paginated version of this report.
