Estimation and inference under semi-parametric proportional density model

The software includes parameter estimation and inference on treatment effects under the semi-parametric proportional density model, and also includes a goodness-of-fit test for model checking purposes. Details of the methods can be found in the paper “Inference of tamosifen's effects on prevention of breast cancer from a randomized controlled trial” by Yu Shen, Jing Qin, and Joseph Costantino (2007 Journal of the American Statistical Association, Vol. 102: 1235-1244).
