Calculates a Multiple Range Test for a Kruskal-Wallis
One-way Analysis of Variance by Ranks.
Description
Given the number of groups to be compared, the ranks and numbers of
samples in the groups, and the critical value for the Tukey HSD test
with infinity degrees of freedom, the number of groups, and the test
level, the multiple ranges test is performed.
