Contingency Table Analysis
Description
The program calculates chi-square contingency table analyses for m by
n tables, It includes:
- Fisher-Exact probabilities for tables with
smallest expected value less than 10
- McNemar for 2 by 2
- extended McNemar
statistics for n by n tables
- Cohen's kappa for n by n tables.
For
2 by 2 tables the program will calculate sensitivity and specificity,
relative odds, and the Poisson approximation to the binomial test for
two groups.
