Power and Sample-Size for the TDT and ASP Tests
Description
TDTASP calculates power and sample-size for the transmission
disequilibruim test and the affected sib pair test. These methods
examine evidence for linkage between a bi-allelic marker locus and a
bi-allelic disease locus of possibly unknown location.
